Spring Bull Tea ships to all regions across Indonesia. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, couriers, and delivery estimates.
1. Available Couriers
We currently ship via the following couriers:
- JNE — available nationwide
- J&T Express — available nationwide
- Lion Parcel — available nationwide
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen courier.
2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may vary depending on location, weather, and public holidays. Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date of purchase.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (WIB) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM (WIB) will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Costs & Discounts
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your chosen courier. No hidden fees.
We offer shipping discount coupons for eligible orders:

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video as evidence.
- For lost packages, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier after handover.
