Welcome to Spring Bull Tea. By accessing our website (springbulltea.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Spring Bull Tea is a premium Chinese tea brand based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We supply tea products for retail and wholesale (B2B) customers. These terms apply to all users of our website and customers who place orders through any of our sales channels.

2. Products

  • All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors in product photos may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
  • All tea products are food-grade and certified (PIRT). Please store products according to the instructions on the label.

3. Ordering

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • For wholesale/B2B orders, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email before placing an order.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen courier.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

  • We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as listed at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing an order, or the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the courier selected at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photo evidence, and an unboxing video. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding — is the property of Spring Bull Tea and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spring Bull Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate Indonesian legal channels.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
